He won both the sections, the rapid one by a clear one point margin, the blitz one was very close where Magnus had to overcome Hikaru Nakamura in a blitz playoff. In this interview, which is Magnus’ last one before leaving for his hotel, we speak about his reaction of jubilation and relief after beating Nakamura in the playoff, his crazy game against Alireza Firouzja and lastly about him becoming the world champion in all formats (classical, rapid and blitz) and what he feels is his next target!
